Here is a digest of my progress so far:
I have lost 1% bodyfat, according to my measurements. You can never really tell how accurate bodyfat caliper readings are, especially when you haven't used them much before.
According to the measurements and calculations, these are the follow numbers:
Bodyfat - 18%
Lean Body Mass - 89kg
Body Fat - 20kg
So that is some inspiring progress for me, I measure my bodyfat every Saturday to gauge my progress. I am not sure how often to take a comparitive photograph, I am thinking every 2 weeks but maybe once a month. I have yet to decide.
I have been doing jump rope for cardio every day, for 20-25 mins each day. I feel better than ever after this and I feel I am becoming addicted to the feel good sensations I get after a good cardio session.
